What Happens After You Book a Mobile Bartender: Deposit to Breakdown
October 9, 2026 · 2 min read
Booking takes about three minutes on the site. Here is everything that happens after you hit pay, so there are no surprises on the day.
The moment you book
You pick your guest count, the site shows your package and price, you sign the service agreement, and you pay the deposit by card. Your date is held the instant the payment clears. You get a confirmation email with your signed contract attached and a receipt. BigCee gets the same notice on her end.
The deposit
$50 flat on packages $300 and under, 50% on packages above that. It is non-refundable, which is what makes the date yours. Once the deposit is paid, your package is locked. You can move up to a bigger package later if your guest count grows, but not down.
Between booking and the event
- Send cocktail ideas, setup details, gate codes, or venue requirements through the contact page
- Pay the remaining balance 48 to 72 hours before the event through the secure pay link in your email
- Need to cancel? Written notice at least 14 days before the event. Deposits are not refunded.
- Shop for the alcohol using the guide on this blog
The night before: alcohol handoff
All alcohol needs to be in BigCee's hands by 7:30 PM the day before the event, either ready for pickup or delivered. This is the step that lets her prep garnish, chill what needs chilling, and set up on time. Missing the cutoff carries a $100 late fee and does not move the service start.
Event day
- BigCee arrives ahead of your scheduled start to set up the mobile bar, mixers, ice, garnish, and glassware station
- Service runs for the package hours, starting at the scheduled time
- She watches the bar the whole time and handles pacing and responsible service
- Extra hours, if booked in advance, run $50 per hour on standard packages and $100 on weddings
- At the end of service she breaks down the bar and packs out. Unopened alcohol stays with you.
After
You get a final receipt by email. If you loved it, a Google review is the single most helpful thing you can do for a small business, and it takes about a minute.
