Planning a Birthday Party Bar in Tampa
August 25, 2026 · 1 min read
A birthday party with a real bar setup feels completely different from a cooler in the driveway. If you're planning one in Tampa for the first time, here's what actually goes into it.
Start with your guest count
Packages are built around guest count and hours of service, starting at the Bronze tier for up to 25 guests, which fits most home birthday parties and small backyard gatherings. Larger milestone birthdays scale up from there.
You provide the alcohol
This is a dry-hire service, so you supply the alcohol for your party, and BigCee brings the bar, mixers, ice, garnishes, cups, napkins, straws, and professional service. It's worth planning your alcohol order a few days ahead so you're not making a last-minute liquor store run the morning of.
What makes it feel like a real bar
- A styled drink station instead of bottles on a table
- Hand-crafted signature cocktails built around the birthday theme
- A professional bartender running the bar so the host can actually enjoy the party
- Full setup and breakdown handled for you
If the party runs long
Parties rarely end exactly on schedule. Additional hours beyond your package are available at a flat hourly rate, so you can extend the night without renegotiating anything in the moment.
Booking basics
Bookings require at least 48 hours' notice before your event date. A non-refundable deposit secures your date, $50 flat for packages $300 and under, 50% for packages over $300, with the remaining balance due 48-72 hours before your event.
