How Much Does a Bartender Cost for a Party or Wedding in Tampa? (2026 Price List)
September 2, 2026 · 3 min read
If you are pricing a bartender for a party, wedding, or company event in Tampa, the honest answer is that most companies will not tell you a number until you fill out a form. Here is exactly what BigCee Exotic BarLuxe charges in 2026, what is included, what is not, and how to estimate your total before you book.
Mobile bartender prices in Tampa: the short version
BigCee's standard packages run from $250 for a party of up to 25 guests to $950 for 151 to 200 guests. Weddings are flat-rate at $650 or $1,000. Every price includes the licensed bartender, the styled mobile bar, setup and breakdown, premium mixers, ice, garnishes, cups, napkins, and straws. The only thing you buy separately is the alcohol.
2026 package prices by guest count
- Bronze: up to 25 guests, 4 hours of service, $250
- Silver: 26 to 50 guests, 5 hours of service, $350
- Gold: 51 to 75 guests, 6 hours of service, $475
- Platinum: 76 to 100 guests, 6 hours of service, $650
- Diamond: 101 to 150 guests, 6 hours of service, $800
- Luxury: 151 to 200 guests, 6 hours of service, $950
Your package is set by your guest count, not by how much people drink. Need more than 200 guests? That is a custom quote.
Wedding bartender prices in Tampa
- Intimate Wedding Package: up to 75 guests, 4 hours, $650, with up to 2 signature cocktails and a personalized consultation
- Luxe Wedding Experience: 76 to 150 guests, 5 hours, $1,000, with up to 3 signature cocktails, premium garnishes, and personalized drink signage
Wedding packages are flat-rate so the bar line on your budget does not move. Extra hours at a wedding are $100 per hour, and guests beyond the package count are $15 per person.
The extras that can change your total
- Additional hours: $50 per hour on standard packages, $100 per hour on wedding packages, arranged in advance
- Travel: a $30 travel fee may apply depending on distance from the Tampa service area, confirmed before you pay
- Guests over your tier: book the next package up, since fewer guests than booked does not drop the price
- Tip: optional, added at checkout if you choose
What about the alcohol?
This is a dry-hire service, which is the standard way mobile bartending works in Florida. You buy the alcohol at retail, and BigCee serves it. That is also why the total usually comes in well under a catered open bar, where you pay a markup on every pour. As a rough planning number, budget one drink per guest per hour at retail prices. For a 50-guest, 5-hour party that is around 250 drinks, which most hosts cover for a few hundred dollars at Total Wine or Costco depending on what they pour.
Three real examples
- Backyard 30th birthday, 20 guests, 4 hours: Bronze at $250, plus your alcohol. Deposit to book: $50.
- Company holiday party, 60 guests, 6 hours: Gold at $475, plus your alcohol. Deposit to book: $237.50.
- Wedding reception, 120 guests, 5 hours: Luxe Wedding Experience at $1,000, plus your alcohol. Deposit to book: $500.
How the deposit works
A non-refundable deposit is paid by card when you book online and locks in your date: $50 flat for packages $300 and under, 50% for packages over $300. The remaining balance is due 48 to 72 hours before your event. Bookings need at least 48 hours notice.
How this compares to other Tampa bartenders
Published starting prices for mobile bartenders in Tampa typically begin around $450 before alcohol, and many quote hourly rates plus separate charges for the bar, mixers, ice, and travel. BigCee's packages bundle all of that into one number so you are not adding up line items the week of your event.
