Hire a Bartender for a Night: Small Parties Under 25 Guests in Tampa
September 26, 2026 · 2 min read
You do not need a hundred guests to justify a bartender. Some of the best bookings are twelve people on a patio. Here is how hiring a bartender for a single evening works for a small party.
What it costs for a small party
The Bronze package is built for this: up to 25 guests, 4 hours of service, $250. That includes the licensed bartender, the styled mobile bar, setup and breakdown, premium mixers, ice, garnishes, cups, napkins, and straws. You supply the alcohol, which for a dozen guests is usually two or three bottles plus some wine.
Can I book just 2 hours?
The Bronze package is a 4-hour minimum, and the price is the same whether you use all four or wind down after three. Setup and breakdown happen outside those hours. If you need a longer night, extra hours are $50 each, booked in advance.
Small-party ideas that work
- Dinner party: a welcome cocktail as guests arrive, then wine with dinner, then a nightcap
- Game night or watch party: two easy signature drinks and a steady supply of cold beer
- Milestone birthday with close friends: a named cocktail for the guest of honor and a styled bar for the photos
- Date night at home: two guests, one bartender, a custom menu. Send a custom quote request for this one.
Space
The bar fits a patio, a lanai, a garage, or a living room corner, roughly 6 by 4 feet with a little room in front. For an apartment or condo, check the building's rules on vendors and give BigCee the parking and elevator details when you book.
Booking a single night
Book at least 48 hours ahead. Enter your guest count on the booking page, sign the agreement, and pay the $50 deposit by card. Have the bottles ready by 7:30 PM the night before, and your only job on the night is to enjoy your guests.
